1.Mutu has great chances to be suspended for only one month Italian journalists are confident in regards to Romanian football player Adrian Mutu - ex-Chelsea and currently Fiorentina - and his chances to get away with only a one month suspension, after being tested positive with sibutramina, informs. "It all depends if he will be considered or not to be 'recidivist' after the cocaine-Chelsea episode", La Nazione reads.
2.CONI: Mutu tested positive twice in 2010 The Italian Olympic Commitee (CONI) declared on Friday, January 29, that Romanian football player Adrian Mutu, current Fiorentina and ex-Chelsea, has been tested positive twice this year. The other test was taken on January 20, after the match against Lazio in the Italian Coup, when he managed to score twice.

5.Chelsea football club wants a new fine for Mutu/ The Romanian looks for justice in the Swiss Court Romania football player Adrian Mutu attacked TAS decision that bounds him to pay 17 million euros to Chelsea. The Scottish rarely found their way towards Tatarusanu's goal. Steaua won score 3-0. Craigan scored in his own goal (minute 30). The two Romanian who scored further were Nicolita (minute 46) and Stancu (minute 61). This is an important victory for Steaua, in the Europe League qualification play-off. 
7.UPDATE Sahtior - FC Timisoara 2-2/ A true match for the champions UPDATE FC Timisoara, a team from West Romania, trained by Nelutu Sabau, managed to end the match in Donetk score 2-2 against the UEFA champions, trained by Romanian Mircea Lucescu. Gigel Bucur scored twice on behalf of FC Timisoara - minute 20 and 80. But the hosts recovered each time: Gladki scored in minute 61 and Fernandinho - 86'.

The Swiss took Rafael Nada's crown one year after he had to settle for the second best title. After a recent good evolution, Romanian tennis player Victor Hanescu ranked 26th, the best performance of his career.

12.Wimbledon/ Victor Hanescu vs. Nicolas Devilder: 6-2, 6-3, 6-1/ Hane goes to the third round Victor Hanescu qualified in the third round at Wimbledon today, after a far win against French Nicolas Devilder (world no. 96) score 6-2, 6-3, 6-1. 
13.Il Giornale: Murinho took young Romanian Alibec from Farul The Italian journalists write in Il Giornale's online edition on Thursday that young Romanian Denis Alibec, striker for Farul Constanta club, was bought by Inter Milano for approximately 800.000 euros. This transfer is, allegedly, part of a scheme to rejuvenate the team where Romanian Cristi Chivu plays as well. 
14.Steaua vs Ujpest in Europa League Romanian football team Staua meets Ujpest in the second Europa League preliminary tour, according to the draws from Monday in Nyon. "I've never heard of this team. The Romanian football is superior to the Hungarian one" Steaua's owner Gigi Becali said for about his team opponent in the second Europa League preliminary tour.
