And, in case a subject manages to escape the area of corruption, the rest still refers to money and the lack of common sense continuously proven by politicians. It’s not a bad day for the investigative journalism, but the people are still too caught in the Liberal Wars and the unveilings on the former political police.
2.Securitate Collaborators Still in CNSAS Hands A scandal is about to die young. Two days ago, Mircea Dinescu threatened to resign from the National Council for the Study of Securitate Archives (CNSAS), in case his suggestion - to publish the files of the former political police on the Internet - is not taken seriously.Assuming the same informal way of talking to journalists - at a desk in front of the institution, Cazimir Ionescu, another CNSAS member, explained why the suggestion isn’t viable.

6.President Basescu: “Romanians Won’t Invade Any Labor Market” During his official visit to Germany, Romanian president Traian Basescu offered an exclusive interview for the Romanian public TV station, discussing the main issues the country confronts before its accession to the EU. Basescu says that Romania would never become a labor force exporter, as an answer to the earlier concerns expressed by several Western countries, including Germany, France, Belgium and Denmark.
7.Romania's Current Account Deficit Still Growing During the first seven months of the year, Romania’s current account deficit increased to 4.87 billion euros, 43% more compared to the similar period last year. The main cause for the evolution remains the growing deficit in the commercial balance.
8.BERD finanteaza refacerea drumurilor din Iasi Refacerea drumurilor care apartin Consiliului Judetean Iasi ar putea fi finantata partial de Banca Europeana pentru Reconstructie si Dezvoltare (BERD). 15.Acord pentru serviciile preplatite Euronet Romania, companie de management, a semnat miercuri un acord de servicii cu Brodos Romania, o companie privata cu capital german care furnizeaza servicii de retail si distributie electronica pentru industria telefoniei mobile. Colaborarea are ca scop extinderea activitatii Brodos in tara.
16.Este nevoie de sange! Cadrele Centrului de Transfuzie Sanguina Sibiu atrag oamenilor atentia asupra importantei donarii de sange. Pentru ca urgentele sunt imprevizibile, este nevoie oricand de o rezerva mai mare de sange.
17.Polii puterii din PD Alba In PD Alba, cel mai puternic partid la nivel judetean, s-au conturat in ultima vreme doi poli de putere: unul in jurul primarului din resedinta judetului, Mircea Hava, si altul in jurul presedintelui CJ, Ion Dumitrel si al vicepresedintelui Senatului, Alexandru Peres. Fiecare dintre cele doua grupari, pe cale sa devina rivale, are atuurile sale.

19.Primarul din Pojejena a fost arestat Primarul PD al comunei Pojejena (judetul Caras-Severin), Omer Radovancovici, a fost arestat, ieri, pe o perioada de 29 de zile, fiind acuzat ca facea parte din reteaua de crima organizata care se ocupa de contrabanda cu tigari pe Dunare.
20.Aradul isi ia adio de la Zona Metropolitana Proiectul "Zona Metropolitana Arad", prin care orasul urma sa ajunga un municipiu de mari dimensiuni, va ramane doar in faza de intentii, dupa ce reprezentantii administratiei locale si-au dat seama ca legislatia in vigoare este potrivnica acestui tip de dezvoltare urbana.
