Fiind facut de italieni e normal sa nu apara restaurante frantuzesti dar apar pizzerii din Italia. Daca il fac francezii apar bistrou-ri dar nici un restaurant din Italia. Fiid la modul propriu o chestiune de gust fiecare poate avea propriul clasament la fel de valabil ca oricare altul. Mie imi plac micii La Cocosatu' . La mine e pe primul loc.

De exemplu pe tripadvisor, un site exceptional unde gasesti impresii foarte pertinente despre aproape orice hotel/destinatie turistica zice ca Le Chateaubriand ar fi pe locul 1000 din 6000 de restaurante in Paris.
Pe de alta parte , cind zici ca maninci cel mai bine cred ca trebuie sa faci intotdeauna raportare la cost. Una este sa maninci bine cu 20 de euro si alta sa maninci mai bine cu 500, nu?

de exemplu, prea putini stiu ca nu exista bucatar care are una, doua sau trei stele, asa cum le place lor sa se prezinte.
Stelele respective se dau pe intreaga bucatarie, pe intreg personalul din bucatarie, iar ele nu apartin bucatarului, chiar daca el este sef.
Dar ei se impopotoneaza singuri, cu de la sine putere, cu acele stele.

The S.Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants list is compiled from the votes of the "World’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy", a group established to make the ranking.[1] The world is divided into regions, with a chairperson in each region appointed for their knowledge of their part of the restaurant world. These chairs each selected a voting panel, who can cast a total of 4,030 votes.
There is no list of nominees; each member of the international voting panel votes for their own personal choice of 5 restaurants. To ensure that there are winners from many regions, they may vote for up to two restaurants in their own region, the remaining votes must be cast outside their home region. Nobody is allowed to vote for their own restaurant and voters must have eaten in the restaurants they nominate within the past 18 months, although it is not possible to ensure that they have.
Contrary to popular belief, the restaurants selected do not have to meet any criteria like popular belief ascribes to the Michelin or other guides. This has allowed restaurants like Momofuku Ssam Bar, Extebarri and St John to hold their own among the molecular and traditional cuisines of restaurants like The Fat Duck to Les Ambassadeurs.
