Circulatie interzisa la Budapesta pentru masinile incadrate pana la clasa 4 de poluare

Primaria Budapestei a interzis circulatia in Capitala Ungariei, intre orele 6.00 - 22.00, a vehiculelor care sunt incadrate in clasa de poluare 0,1,2,3,4 sau nu sunt incadrate in nicio clasa de poluare, scrie news.ro.

Aceste restrictii nu se aplica pe segmentele drumului expres M0 care tranziteaza zona administrativa a Budapestei, pe segmentul de drum dintre limita zonei administrative a Budapestei ¬ Drumul Nagykovacsi ¬ Drumul Szepjuhaszne ¬ Drumul Budakeszi ¬ limita zonei administrative a Budapestei, respectiv limita zonei administrative a Budapestei ¬ Drumul Nagykovacsi ¬ str. Nagyret ¬ Drumul Mariaremete ¬ Drumul Hidegkuti ¬ limita zonei administrative a Budapestei,  precizeaza Ministerul Afacerilor Externe.

 In cazul incalcarii acestor reglementari, pentru conducatorul auto se considera ca a savarsit o contraventie. Politia verifica respectarea acestor masuri de restrictionare a circulatiei vehiculelor. In caz de incalcare a prevederilor legale, se poate aplica o amenda de pana la 150.000 Huf (aproximativ 500 euro).

Aceste restrictii nu se aplica vehiculelor indreptatite sa utilizeze semnale speciale de avertizare luminoase, vehiculelor care efectueaza transport in comun, taxiurilor, vehiculelor care transporta bolnavi, vehiculelor medicilor, ale celor care indeplinesc sarcini publice, transporta alimente, respectiv vehiculelor de depanare sau de transport vehicule care au girofare galbene. Totodata, sun exceptate de la restrictii vehiculele diplomatilor, vehiculele militare, vehiculele care transporta persoane cu handicap locomotor si carele TV.

Cetatenii romani afectati pot solicita asistenta consulara la numarul de telefon al Ambasadei Romaniei la Budapesta +3613847689, apelurile fiind redirectionate catre Centrul de Contact si Suport al Cetatenilor Romani din Strainatate (CCSCRS) si preluate de catre operatorii Call Center in regim de permanenta.

De asemenea, cetatenii romani care se confrunta cu o situatie dificila, speciala, cu caracter de urgenta, au la dispozitie si telefonul de urgenta al misiunii diplomatice a Romaniei la Budapesta: +36305356912.

Ministerul Afacerilor Externe recomanda consultarea paginilor de Internet http://www.utinform.hu si www.mae.ro si reaminteste faptul ca cetatenii romani care calatoresc in strainatate au la dispozitie aplicatia ¬Calatoreste in siguranta¬ (disponibila gratuit in ¬App Store¬ si ¬Google Play¬), care ofera informatii si sfaturi de calatorie.

    Poate explicati si cum e cu clasa 4 de poluare, ce sa intelegem de aici? E euro 4, e clasa 4 ca in Germania (desi nu cred)?

    Ok... au golit Budapesta de masini :)) Ce se va intimpla cu ele, ca , oricit de bine ar ducea ungurii, tot nu cred ca-si vor permite schimbarea lor cu altele avind norma euro 5-6..

    Stirea nu e clara si creaza confuzie. D-na/d-ra Carla Dinu care a scris articolul Hotnews trebuie sa se documenteze mai bine in viitor.
    Masinile >= Euro3 pot sa circule in continuare in intervalul mentionat.
    Uite ce scrie un utilizator in comentarii pe un alt site care prezinta aceeasi stire.

    Cred ca e o confuzie. Cei de la MAE nu au inteles corect. Din cauza smog-ului a fost nterzisa circulatia masinilor sub euro II de dimineata de la 6 pana seara la 22 in oras. In Ungaria sunt 15 categorii de poluare.
    Categoriile 0-4 sunt non euro, euro 1 si euro 2.
    5-8 Euro 3
    9-11 Euro 4
    12-14 Euro 5
    15 Euro 6

    Primaria Comunei Tălmaciu (Valea Oltului) a interzis circulatia autovehiculelor cu grad de poluare >= 4
    Asadar , zona a devenit una aproape pietonala, circulatia auto cu grad de poluare 5 si 6 este foarte redusa :-)

    Nu stiu daca o lege de consiliu este mai puternica decat legea organica. De vazut cum este codul rutier unguresc. Practic daca ai masina cu grad de poluare <= 4 si locuiesti in Budapesta trebuie sa scoti masina la periferie ca sa nu iei amenda !?

    fulfilment of the pollutant emission requirements specified in the Appendix of the Annex of the Regulation, the
