Ludovic Orban, the leader of Romania's main opposition party, the National Liberal Party (PNL), said on Monday that the reshuffle decided by the governing alliance last week was "a joke" and criticized the new nominees, announcing that the Liberals were still considering the submission of a censure motion, according to Agerpres news agency.

"Analyzing the so-called reshuffle made by the governing coalition, the National Liberal Party (PNL) considers that this reshuffle is a joke", he said.

He said the Liberals "consider the nominees for the Government to be candidates that represent all the bad habits and sins of the PSD party. We consider that this reshuffle does not affect all ministries which we considered to be in a disastrous situation. The Ministry of Education, I see that Liviu Pop is still there, still plays with the Romanian education. I see that the plagiarist Bodog is still at the head of the Ministry of Health, not to mention Carmen Dan and the other ministers."

He criticized the nominations made by Prime Minister Mihai Tudose for the Ministries of Development, Transport and European Funds: " Paul Stanescu's nomination is just a bad joke. Sevil Shhaideh was a small child compared to Paul Stanescu. Paul Stanescu was first of all a member of the Teldrum brotherhood."
