Transylvanian Saxons convening in Sibiu, central Romania for their annual reunion put up a huge show on Friday, the first of several days of events celebrating their heritage. Saxon folk music, dances and costumes drew thousands of people to downtown Sibiu in the morning, followed by an impressive Evangelical church pipe organ concert in the afternoon. The day ended with a first time projection of images from documentary film "Sibiu - 825 years" and a dance party".
